Preheat your oven to 180°C
Evenly spread the koeksisters in an ovenproof dish but make sure they're tightly packed.
Pour over the fresh heavy cream until it reaches a 1/4 of your dish's height.
Bake for 45-50mins or until the koeksisters have soaked up all the cream and it's bubbling.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and deeevour!
